Bad Company debuted 50 years ago this week!

50 years ago this week back in 1974...Bad Company released their self titled debut record which almost immediately went to the top of The Billboard Albums Chart. The band was formed after the dissolution of the band Free best known for the hit single..."All Right Now"...Paul Rogers...the front man for Free and Mick Ralphs...the guitarist for Mott The Hoople assembled what was essentially one of the first "supergroups" at that time. The record was recorded in November, 1973. Bad Company is credited with laying the groundwork for what would ultimately become the hard Rock sound that would dominate FM Rock radio as well as album sales though out the 1970's and much of the 1980's...
