51 years ago today back in 1973...Pink Floyd released their classic and to this day still best selling album ever..."Dark Side Of The Moon"...The record which was Pink Floyd's eighth studio record was a concept album which explored the concepts of death, greed, time and mental illness. The recording was engineered by Alan Parsons and remained on the charts consistently from the time of its release well into 1988 initially and even re-entered the charts again in 2020!!! Recording for this record took place between May, 1972 and February, 1973. Additionally a fiftieth anniversary edition of this record was released last year as well!
