The group is headlining Schenectady County Summer Night.
Make your plans now to attend Schenectady County's SummerNight on July 12th now! Two-time Grammy Award winning hip hop group Arrested Development will be headlining the show this year. If you're thinking this feel a little bit like deja vu, you're right. They were supposed to headline last year but due to bad weather, their flight was cancelled and they couldn't make it.
Schenectady County SummerNight is a FREE block party that takes over a good portion of Downtown Schenectady but mostly focused on State Street. Aside from the live music on the main stage, there are plenty of vendors spread all over the area and of course all the food and drinks that you can imagine.
As for the live music, Kale will kick the event off at 5pm. They will be followed by Powerhouse Funk who will take the stage at 7pm and then Arrested Development will perform around 8:30pm. The night is rounded out by fireworks which should start right around 10pm.
If you're looking for some adult beverages, there will be plenty for you to choose from. As a matter of fact there will be a total of 10 local breweries and distilleries at this years event.
